It actually ended up being three separate leaks in the master en-suite alone (that we’re aware of). The leak itself was eventually resolved, but it was a painful process and there are still knock on effects that haven’t been dealt with. When we first moved in, within a few days we had a leaking shower in an en-suite which caused a damp patch on the ceiling below. But we’ve had major issues, some of which are still unresolved. Becky and the sales team at the start were brilliant, and everyone we’ve dealt with since have been very friendly and courteous throughout. It’s well designed, well proportioned, and the overall finish and location are very good. The house itself is beautiful and we’re really happy to be here.
Having moved into our new house over four months ago, I wish we could say we were completely happy, but we’d be lying.
